• Bug fix: Summaries were showing the internal patient id rather than the correct patient number.

20.02.2005 Version 2.431

• A user wished to create a Med3 / Med 4 / Med 5 etc item in the PMA report ... excellent idea!! An SQL error occurred when adding the 9D1.. etc codes. This was because the Read code text includes an apostrophe, eg: " .. doctor's statement". The program code was using single quotes (apostrophe) as the SQL delimiter. Fixed.

• Export button added to summaries. Allows summary to be launched in another program, eg: MS Word or other wordprocessor. Command line parameter optional. Has to save summary as a *.RTF file prior to launching. File details and optional parameters saved as default settings for the workstation.
• Option in workstation setttings to disable the automatic QAOF info build that occurs on patient change. This was requested by a site that uses alternative QAOF pop-up software. Summary Builder's QAOF information window can if needbe still be populated by the right mouse refresh function.
• QAOF bug fixes: COPD exception missing, Epilepsy drugs not handled correctly. Diabetic proteinuria was not suppressing Microalbumin message if actions-only displayed. OTC and free nicotine replacement codes were missing.

• Repeat medication bug fix - affected some system 5 converted sites.
• Bug fix - numeric lab value entries showing wrong value if extra attribute present, (eg: 'Outpatient', Ongoing', 'Elsewhre non-payment' in addition to numeric value attribute.)
• Automatic weekly internet update check. Activate per workstation (not TS terminals). Default = off.
• Option (per workstation) to show QAOF messages even if patient / disease is not in QAOF because of registration / diagnosis within three months of audit date.

• The repeat medication list for summaries can now be limited to items with a date of last issue in the last N months.This is done separately for each summary.
• The repeat medication list that is counted to generate a medication review prompt can be likewise issue-date-limited.
• (The repeat list, without issue date limiting, still matches that shown in Synergy's prescription view and includes OLD repeat items which have not been discontinued. Date limiting is added because many System 6000 sites have not deleted old repeats).
