This result wasa calculation based on not smoking.
5.5.2003 version

- Bug fix - The
default main window page was not refreshing on patient selection. This resulted
in no data being displayed. Also, if the default page was 'requesting', then
no problem list was built. This resulted in an error when printing. (Swapping
pages and then back again was a way of getting around the problem)
- The help menu
now has an internet upgrade item. It provides an option to shut down Testforms
and launch the Apollo Application Server in maintenance mode from where you
can look for an internet upgrade. This provision avoids you having to locate
the application server.
- The Install
/ Upgrade program, TestformsSynSetup.exe will not now proceed if Testforms
is running.
23.4.2003 version
2.1.2.3
- Four byte
Read codes (hopefully) supported in data displays. (I haven't a four-byte
test site !)

- Data displays
automatically update on patient change with current patient's data.
- Data display
features are 'free' - ie: they continue to work on an unregistered copy of
Testforms. Registration is only required for requesting / form printing.
3.4.2003 version 1.3.2.1
- Change to using
API S6PatientEntries.AddNew method - found to be reliable with Sys6000 systems.
- Problem of first
entry of encounter session have wrong date (1899) corrected.
11.3.2003
version 1.3.1.1
- Modification
to the way I use the API AddNewEntry method to record entries in the patient's
clinical record in Synergy. This now appears to be stable. I cannot make it
crash with Synergy however hard I try !!
- Problem
linking - The entry in the patient's record can now be linked to dormant problems.
- Patient
results and reconciliation display: Flags abnormal results. MSU results etc
display 'Double click to display result' rather than the first lines of a
multiline display.
- Text result
display (ie: on double clicking) Now correctly formatted on pathlinks results
with the word 'result' removed from the start of each line! Option to print.
- Two alternative
results displays: One on a separate form which can be left running in the
background. One on the main form as follows:
- The main
form now has two tabs; One for request and one for the current patient's requests
and results. There is a Workstation specific setup option to select which
tab is displayed on patient selection.
11.9.2002
version 1.0.7.0
- Date bug
fix - Torex comfirm that their API has a bug and that we cannot control the
date written. As if happens, Testforms always users today's date. If the enry
is recorded with a date other than today then the date is now uatomatically
corrected after writing the entry. The entry will not however show the correct
date until the patient is deselected and reselected. This is not a great problem
as we dont really need to look at the record of the test request as soon as
we have printed it.
- Problem
of Synergy crashing (nuisance - no damage done) - I have made some changes
whcih appear to have made this infrequent.
9.12.2002 version
1.0.6.0
- Bug not
completely fixed - 30.12.1899 date sometimes written to patient clinical record
- should always be today's date. Incomplete fix - now appears ok except for
first print when testforms started wih patient already selected in Synergy.
May be API problem - incoonsistent use of the date that I provide - need to
talk to Torex!!
8.12.2002 version
1.0.5.0
- Fix for
failure run on Windows 95 workstations with System 6000 using Interbase 4.
Previous version installed Firebird Interbase 6 gds32.dll. Now replaced with
Borland Interbase 6 version which works with all operating systems. Running
version 1.0.5.0 installer will perform an upgrade which will change the dll.
(dll is in TestformsSyn folder ... NOT in Windows system folder and therefore
NOT seen by Torex software )
- Minor
help file changes - removal of repitition in Contents.
26.11.2002
version 1.0.4.0 - Released and distributed on disc at TUG 2002 conference.
